Sarah is a passionate educator and theatre practitioner. She currently teaches German in secondary school at Munich International School. Alongside her teaching background, Sarah holds several theatre degrees, is a qualified speaker, and trains with world renowned improvisors. She devises and directs plays, and performs with theatre improvisation groups in Europe and Asia.

Over the past 18 years, she has developed the use of theatre techniques to enhance teaching and learning across the curriculum. She has facilitated a range of applied improvisation theatre workshops at educational conferences and festivals in Europe and Asia, including EARCOS, ECIS, AGIS, ISTA and MUN Qatar Film and Leadership.

Sarah obtained her BA, MA and PGCE (teaching degree) in Devised Theatre and Modern Languages at universities in the U.K. and the U.S., including several educational courses at Harvard University. She has been teaching full-time in Secondary Education since 2007 and has taught within the British education system and the International Baccalaureate in the U.K., Germany and China.
